Bekker Chalet
The Swiss town of Finhaut is located at a stone's throw of French Chamonix, not far from the Swiss superski place of Verbier. Our chalet is located on the edge of the charming mountain village of Finhaut, with about 250 inhabitants. Several bars and restaurants give the town its nice atmosphere and the compact town center is at a walking distance from our chalet. Finhaut has a heated indoor swimming pool (29°C), in which your sore muscles can relax after a day of skiing, climbing or hiking.
The brand new Bekker Chalet (a design from architect Jean-Jacques Lombardi from Leysin, Switzerland) houses our own appartment, our office, a ski workshop and a 4-8 person holiday apartment that accomodates some of our groups.
The contemporary designed apartment on the first floor features 2 bedrooms (one master bedroom and one 4-person dormitory), a shower with toilet and a separate toilet. The living room is equipped with a sleeping couch and on the second level there is an extra 2-person room with separate bathroom (shower and toilet), which can be used in case of bigger group sizes. You can use the extra shower in the sauna area, which is located next to the apartment. The apartment is equally equipped with free WIFI, a kitchen featuring microwave, dishwasher and oven and a washing machine. In front of the building, you will enjoy your sunny private terrace with furniture. Floorheating in the entire chalet gives a comfortable temperature whilst in the evenings you can relax at the open fire place.
The apartment can also be rented on a weekly basis up to 8 persons. Prices CHF 750 per week (low season) to CHF 850 (high season) excl. taxes (adults CHF 1.20 pppd, children 6-16 CHF 0.60 pppd). Click how to reach us. or More images of the apartment.
Special for families with young children
Babybed and high chair are available for free. Deuter infant carrier backpack and BOB jogger are available for rent.
